The POWENCY product line consists of solid-state batteries that use high power density to deliver high peak currents when needed, but their versatility allows them to be used as a typical energy source to deliver steady currents between two recharges. The FLOWENCY product line includes high-capacity solid-state batteries that provide unprecedented energy density and unique power density to support long operation times and fast recharge.
The electronics industry has long aimed for greater integration and smaller form factors. ITEN packages its batteries in SMD QFN format to provide products with an optimized footprint that are compatible with pick-and-place equipment and low-temperature Solder & Reflow processes.
ITEN's solid-state batteries are made without any liquid electrolyte, which eliminates the concerns associated with traditional batteries such as leakage, uncontrolled heating, and fires, ensuring the highest safety requirements.
Whether the batteries are shipped from the ITEN logistics platform fully uncharged (0V) or charged after assembly on a final product, the UN38.3 certification does not apply because, in contrast to conventional Li-ion batteries, ITEN's products are regarded as passive electronic devices.
