This privacy policy (“PrivacyPolicy”) explains how I-TEN, collect, share and use personal information when using the website and its different pages (including cookies). You will also find information about how you can exercise privacy rights.It also aims at informing you on the modalities of data processing in accordance with the Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (General DataProtection Regulation) (“GDPR”).

I-TEN will protect of all visitors and candidates who contact us by email or any means, who access our website (https://www.iten.com).

As a reminder, are considered personal data every information relating to an identified or identifiable individual notably surname, name,age, postal address, email address, user location, IP address.

In accordance with the provisions of Article 5 of European Regulation2016/679, the collection and processing of site users' data complies with the following principles:

  • Minimization of data collection and processing: only the data necessary for the proper execution of the purposes pursued by the site are collected;
  • Data storage limited in time: data is stored for a limited period, of which the user is informed. In the event that the user cannot be informed of the duration of the retention period;
  • Integrity and confidentiality of data collected and processed: the data controller undertakes to guarantee the integrity and confidentiality of the data collected.

ARTICLE2 - PERSONAL DATA COLLECTED AND PROCESSED WHEN BROWSING THE SITE

The personal data collected on the www.iten.com website is as follows:

  • First names,
  • surnames,
  • e-mail address,
  • telephone number,
  • postal address,
  • location, etc.

This data is collected when the user carries out one of the following operations on the site:

  • When the user uses the form to contact us
  • Applications and requests for information

The data controller will keep all data collected on the site's computer systems under reasonable security conditions for a period of 2 years.

It is also specified that information can be collected automatically:

  • Activity information (navigation data): we collect information about your usage of the Service and information about you from the content you create and the notifications or messages you post or send as well as what you search for, look at and engage with (log files, operation system and other usage information about the use of I-TEN’s website, including a history of the pages you view)
  • Cookies and similar technologies: we use cookies and similar tracking technology to collect and use personal information about you (e.g. your Internet Protocol (IP) address, your device ID, your browser type and when, how often and how long you interact with the Service), including to facilitate interest-based advertising (identifying visitor preferences), for cookies specifically please refer to the legal notice

B.TRANSMISSION OF DATA TO THIRD PARTIES

The personal data collected by the site are not transmitted to any third party, and are only processed by the site editor.

The website is hosted by: Webflow, whose head office is located at the following address: 398 11th Street, Floor 2, San Francisco, CA 94103, USA

Data collected and processed by the site are exclusively hosted and processed in France.

ARTICLE3 – DATA CONTROLLER

A.THE DATA CONTROLLER

The data controller is I-TEN S.A. represented by Mr. Vincent COBEE, managing director.

The information collected is subject to data processing based on the company's legitimate interest in responding to requests sent via its contact form. Only information marked with an asterisk is compulsory. All other information is required to speed up the processing of your request.

The recipient of the data is the I-TEN communications or sales department (press@iten.com or sales@iten.com), technical support (technical.support@iten.com), human resources’ department for candidates (recrutement@iten.com).The different data are conserved as follows:  

  • Answers to information requests (contact information) are data conserved during the necessary time to treat the information request and for three (3) years from their collection or three (3) years for the last contact with prospect.

Such data is kept for three (3) years from the last contact.

  • For newsletters recipients, personal data are conserved during three (3) years from the last contact made with I-TEN or until your right to object.
  • Marketing preferences of website visitors: in order to administer I-TEN website, analyse trends, track visitors’ movements, and gather broad demographic information that assists us in identifying visitor preferences, therefore with clients, the personal data is conserved during the contractual relationship duration and for prospects for three (3) years from their last contact.
  • Deposit publicity cookies and use of similar technologies on I-TEN website: after collection of user consent, data are conserved for thirteen (13) months.
  • Monitoring rights exercise request, I-TEN is only keeping personal data the time necessary for the verification of identity. If you exercise your objection rights to receive prospection items: information conservation duration is done during three (3) years.

You may exercise your rights of access, deletion, opposition,rectification and limitation of processing (as described in article4).

If you feel that your rights have not been respected, you may refer the matter to the supervisory authority, the CNIL (www.cnil.fr).

B.DATA CONTROLLER UNDERTAKINGS

The data controller undertakes to protect the personal data collected, not to pass it on to third parties without the user's knowledge, and to respect the purposes for which the data was collected.

Furthermore,the data controller undertakes to notify the user of any rectification or deletion of data, unless this would entaildisproportionate formalities, costs or steps.

In the event that the integrity, confidentiality or security of theuser's personal data is compromised, the data controller undertakes to inform the user by any means necessary.

It is specified that Personal Data is not shared with third-partiescompanies.

ARTICLE4 - USER RIGHTS

A.Presentation and details of rights

In accordance with the regulations governing the processing of personal data, the user has the following rights.

In order for the data controller to process the user's request, the user must provide the following information: first name, last name and e-mail address.

The data controller is obliged to respond to the user's request within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days.

The GDPR and other countries’ privacy laws provide certain rights for data subjects.

Data Subject rights under GDPR include the following:

  • Right to be informed: this is the purpose of the Privacy Policy in accordance with article 13 and 14 of the GDPR.
  • Right of access: I-TEN provides you with the tools to access your personal information at any time through your account in accordance with article 15 of the GDPR.
  • Right to rectification: I-TEN provides you with the tools to review or update your personal information at any time through your account in accordance with article 16 of the GDPR.
  • Right to erasure: if we collect and process your personal information on the basis of your consent, then you can withdraw your consent at any time in accordance with article 17 of the GDPR. 

Withdrawingyour consent will not affect the lawfulness of any processing we conducted prior to your withdrawal, nor will it affect processing of your personal information conducted in reliance on lawful processing grounds other than consent.

  • Right to restrict processing: you have the rights to obtain the processing limitation of your personal data in certain cases defined in article 18 of the GDPR.
  • Right to data portability: in accordance with article 20 of the GDPR, you can request to receive personal data transmitted to I-TEN in a machine-readable format and request their transfer to the recipient of your choice. 
  • Right to object: in accordance with article 21 of the GDPR, you can object to the processing of your personal information. Again, you can exercise these rights by contacting us using the contact details provided under the “Have a question? Get in touch with our team” heading below. 
  • Right to complain: You have the right to complain to a data protection supervisory authority about our collection and use of your personal information (in France, CNIL (Commission Informatique et Libertés)).
  • Right to define directives related to conservation, erasure and communication of your personal data after death.

B.PERSONAL DATA OF MINORS

In accordance with the provisions of Article 8 of European Regulation2016/679 and Loi Informatique et Libertés, only minors aged 15 orover may consent to the processing of their personal data.

If the user is a minor under the age of 15, the consent of a legal representative will be required in order for personal data to be collected and processed.

The site editor reserves the right to verify by any means that the user is over 15 years of age, or that he/she has obtained the consent of a legal representative before browsing the site.

ARTICLE5 - CONDITIONS FOR MODIFYING THE PRIVACY POLICY

This privacy policy may be consulted at any time at the address below: www.iten.com . The site editor reserves the right to modify this policy in order to ensure that it complies with current legislation.

Consequently, the user is invited to consult this privacy policy regularly in order to be up to date of the latest changes.
